a. Si-69B is a solid admixture of Si-69 and polymer master batch .
b. Si-69C is a solid admixture of Si-69 and carbon black.
c. Si-75C is a solid admixture of Si-75 and carbon black.
Application Range
1. It is able to markedly improve tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasive resistance and reduce
compression set of vulcanization. In addition, it is able to reduce the viscosity and improve the process
ability of rubber products.
2. Solid silane coupling agent is suitable to some polymers such as NR, IR, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM.
3. It not only performs the same function as Si-69 or Si-75 but also can be used more easily. It is used to
improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanization.
4. Furthermore, Si75C’s active principle contains low active disulfide-bond functional group. It can offer
the more considerable scorch safety.
Recommend dosage: 2.0-6.0 PHR.
Package and storage
1. Package:25kg in paper bag .
2. Storage: Kept in a low temperature, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct
sunlight.
3. Shelf life: One year for Si-69C and Si-75C，
6 months for Si-69B in ventilating, cool and dry area.
