PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

LY551DU Expandable Microsphere is a kind of hollow thermoplastic polymer microsphere consisting of a thermoplastic polymer shell and an encapsulated liquid alkane gas. When heated, the gas pressure within the shell increases and the thermoplastic shell softens, resulting in a significant increase in the volume of the expandable microsphere. When cooled, the shell of the expanded microspheres hardens again and the volume is fixed. This kind of expandable microsphere is mainly used in foamed soles.
